Day 305: To Segovia, with love
Segovia Tapas Bar has been open for a few years and today, I finally had an opportunity to try it out.  The food was absolutely exquisite!  Today’s photo is the seared scallops with creamed leeks and oyster mushrooms.   We also enjoyed braised ribs with mashed potatoes, charcuterie board with grilled bread, and 3 manchego cheeses with quince preserve and homemade crackers.
