In my humble opinion, Espresso Junction (located in the Johnston Terminal of the Forks) has the best white hot chocolate Winnipeg has to offer.

Day 248: C is for cookie …
… and it’s good enough for me! I don’t normally bake, but I decided to give it the old college try. The first set was slightly “tan,” however, each subsequent batch looked and tasted much better.

Day 155: Mmm, cookies …
Today, I decided to visit Parlour Coffee, a new coffee shop located in downtown Winnipeg. While waiting for my coffee (the beans are freshly ground and brewed as ordered), I enjoyed this yummy chocolate chip cookie. If I may say, the coffee was EXQUISITE and totally worth the wait.
